The traditional economy as we have known it over the past decades is losing ground; amidst the economic and financial crisis it is getting rid of a large numbers of managers. Its counterpart, the social economy, has to take care of ever more people with less money due to declining public funding. The social economy is therefore in need of new competencies and management skills. We are building a bridge in view of connecting these two worlds.
Our aim is to guide and accompany managers who are interested in lending their skills to the social field. We want to strengthen the ties between the traditional and the social economy.
- Our intention is not to compete with existing players but rather to offer new solutions
- We want to build partnerships with all market players sharing the same values
- We aim to contribute to create more sustainable social economy entities
